The FRM6-24 series SF6 fully insulated and fully enclosed inflatable metal switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the inflatable cabinet) is a completely sealed system, with all live parts and switches sealed in a stainless steel shell. The entire switchgear is not affected by external environmental conditions, ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and is maintenance-free. By choosing expandable busbars, any combination can be achieved, achieving modularity. The extension busbars are fully insulated and shielded, ensuring high reliability and safety. All high-voltage live parts are located in a stainless steel box. The box shell is sealed and welded by stainless steel and filled with SF6 gas with a working pressure of 1.4bar. The protection level is IP67. It can be installed in humid, sandy and dusty, salt-polluted, mines, box-type substations and any places where surface contamination is easily caused by air pollution without taking special precautions. No need for busbar cleaning and small animal protection. Even the fuse compartment has an IP67 protection rating. The extension busbar is fully insulated and shielded to ensure that it is not affected by changes in the external environment and is maintenance-free.
